All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Custom orders may require deposits or full payment before production begins.
5. Production & Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and may vary based on order size, complexity, approval delays, supply availability, or shipping carrier timelines.
6. Shipping
Shipping times are separate from production times. Workhorse Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of custom production, custom orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a confirmed error on our part. Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return or exchange according to our Refund Policy.
