Return & Refund Policy

At Workhorse Lab, we stand behind the quality of what we produce. Because we offer both ready-to-wear products and custom apparel services, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of damage, stains, or odors

If approved, returns may be eligible for:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange
  • Refund (when applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Custom Orders

All custom apparel, branded merchandise, print services, embroidery, and made-to-order production work are final sale.

Because custom work is created specifically for each client, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Custom printed garments
  • Embroidered items
  • Bulk branded apparel
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Approved production orders

Order Errors or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will work to make it right through a replacement, correction, or approved resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued when:

  • An eligible ready-to-wear item is approved for return
  • A verified fulfillment error or production mistake occurred on our end

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Minor variations in garment shade, print placement, or mockup-to-final differences
  • Customer-approved custom work
