Workhorse Lab offers both ready-to-wear products and custom apparel services. Shipping times vary depending on the type of order.
Ready-to-Wear Orders
In-stock ready-to-wear orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.
Custom Orders
Custom apparel and production orders require additional time for:
- Approval
- Production
- Finishing
- Packaging
Custom order timelines vary depending on order size, garment availability, artwork approval, and production complexity. Estimated turnaround times are discussed before fulfillment.
Shipping Timeline
Once an order ships, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and carrier. Shipping timeframes are separate from production or processing time.
Delays
Workhorse Lab is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Supply chain issues
- Incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Workhorse Lab is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
